During the trial you have every feature. After it, choose a plan and pay by Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba or card, or stay on the free plan with its features. Nothing you entered is lost, and features come back as soon as you choose a plan.

On our shared number, messages come out of your plan’s monthly allowance. When you connect your own WhatsApp Business number, Meta bills you directly for the conversations you start, and your plan limit no longer applies.

Yes. Move up at any time and the new features switch on straight away. Moving down keeps all your orders, customers and settings; features the smaller plan does not include switch off until you move up again.

Customers are never limited. The free plan has a monthly order limit; paid plans have unlimited orders and differ by team size, message allowance and features.

A plan that lists the Email inbox, your own domain, and a Resend account. Resend is a separate service with its own sending limits, and any cost is paid to them directly. The steps are in your settings.

Yes. You can make and download a full backup at any time, including when your plan has ended. Your records come in a file that opens in Excel, with every photo and document.

Yes. For a different mix of features, a bigger team or several branches, talk to us and we agree a custom plan and price. A custom plan can also include your own staff app in the Play Store, under your business name and icon.

Never. Tracking pages, documents and updates are free for your customers.
