Ship for me, without the spreadsheet
Your customers buy on 1688, Taobao, Shein or Alibaba themselves and send everything to your warehouse. You receive each parcel with a scan, group them and ship them home, and everyone knows what is where.
Customers get your warehouse address with their own code
Each customer sees your warehouse address with their code on the receiver line, ready to paste into any shop. They can tell you about a parcel before it arrives, with its courier tracking number.
- One address per warehouse: Guangzhou, Yiwu, Dubai or anywhere
- Customers announce parcels themselves on their portal
- Announced parcels are matched the moment they arrive
Point the phone at the barcode. Done.
Your warehouse team scans the courier barcode with the staff app. The parcel finds its customer, gets its own number, weight and photo, and the customer is told on WhatsApp that it has arrived.
- Barcode scanning with the phone camera
- Weight, size and photos with every parcel
- The customer gets the arrival message with the photo
Tick the parcels, the charges add themselves up
Group a customer's parcels into one shipment home. The freight is worked out from your own rates by weight or volume, handling and storage are added, and the customer gets a quotation to accept.
- Your rates per kg or CBM, with a minimum and bands
- A quotation the customer accepts from their phone
- Payments, receipts and balances like any other order
4 · Then it travels like every other order
Forwarded parcels go into your air batches and containers. Move the shipment once and every customer inside gets the update, the tracking page and, at the end, the message that it is ready for collection or on its way with a courier.

The details that make a warehouse run
Set up the way you already work: your warehouses, your rates, your fees.
Your rates, by weight or volume
Per kg for air, per CBM for sea, with a minimum and cheaper bands for bigger loads. Volumetric weight is worked out for you.
Handling and storage fees
A fee per parcel, and storage charged after the free days you choose, added to the order by themselves.
Special goods
Batteries, liquids or cosmetics carry an extra charge per kg or per parcel, added when you ship them.
Split a parcel
One box can go on two shipments: each part keeps its own number, weight and photos.
Parcels nobody claimed
A parcel without a customer waits in its own list, with its photo, until someone recognises it.
