About these terms

These terms apply to businesses and their team members who use Track Order MW ("the platform") to manage buy-for-me orders, customers, payments and shipments.

Your account

  • Keep your password private and turn on two-step verification. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • The person who signs up a business confirms they may act for that business.
  • You must give correct information and keep it up to date.

Your data and your customers' data

  • You own the data you put into the platform. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful reason to store your customers' details and for answering their requests about their data.
  • You may export your data at any time, and make your own backups.
  • If you connect your own accounts, such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Resend or WhatsApp, their own terms also apply to you, and you are responsible for keeping those accounts secure.
  • Copies of your data outside the platform, including backups in your own Drive and downloaded files, are yours to look after.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform for illegal goods, fraud, spam or to harass anyone.
  • Do not try to access other businesses' data or interfere with the service.
  • Messages sent through the platform (email, SMS, WhatsApp), including from your own domain with the Email inbox, must be wanted by the people who receive them.

Payments and plans

  • Plans, prices and included features are shown to you before you choose them. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
  • Payments your customers make to you are between you and your customers. The platform records them; it does not hold the money.

Availability

We work to keep the platform running and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, caused by downtime.

Ending the service

You can stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed we keep data only as long as the law requires, then delete it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version.
